Demo - Week 1

We demo the system we've built and explain how it ties into existing systems and processes. This is your chance to give us the feedback on how we need to adapt the system to the realities of your business, customers, geography, or industry.

Adjust - Week 2

Here, take your feedback and adjust our work to accommodate everything you told us about.

Train & Test - Week 3

Here, we train your team on a Monday and have them using your old system and the new one to make sure that all data is captured and that everything is performing as it should be.

Support - Week 4

We take everything you and your team experienced in the previous week and address any issues to ensure that the transition to your new processes/platforms is as smooth as possible on a go-forward basis.
